Citebot

An Android application that can be downloaded for free from the Market. It displays the latest published articles from Public Library of Science(PLoS) journals. Full text of articles can be accessed and PDF can be downloaded. Articles can be shared to Twitter, Facebook or other sharing services available on the phone. Citebot also has a search interface which by default searches all the fields but queries can be restricted to DOI, abstract, author or title fields.

An application that can be added to a Sciverse profile. It will then be available in full text article pages in Science Direct or record pages in Scopus. It displays author names with size proportional to their h-index in an interactive 3D cloud. It also provides an interface to access additional information of all authors in a publication.

The Bioinformatist Wiki was developed to provide step by step instructions in compiling and configuring Bioinformatics software under various Linux distributions. It won the first place(USD 500) at the 3rd International BioWiki Competition held in 2007.
